Our Hard Cheese

Gently produced, carefully nurtured, patiently ripened.

We love investing a lot of time and care in our hard cheeses. The longer the aging process the stronger its character. While our young mountain cheese is still smooth and mild, our old cheese has a powerful, concentrated flavor (and is the only cheese in the whole of Bavaria that has received the gold medal at the World Cheese Awards). Whichever cheese you may choose – we promise a unique treat for your taste buds.
