The recently crystalline hard cheese made from fresh, raw hay milk g.t.S. is one of our most valuable cheese treasures.
We allow the Tegernsee rock crystal to mature for at least 24 months so that it can develop its unique aroma and noticeable tyrosine crystals.

Gaststub'n & sun terrace
Gaststub`n currently closed due to corona restrictions. When the weather is nice, the sun terrace is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

But: Raclette and coffee & cake "to go"!
From December there will be small delicacies, coffee and cake to take away from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
