For reasons of the cold chain, the quality of the cheese and the avoidance of packaging waste, shopping at the counter is our primary goal. However, if you are outside the reach of our retailers and our shop, you can have a portion of our range (cheese and butter) vacuumed and chilled sent to you in sustainable shipping boxes.
