It was a very conscious decision to refrain from many modern, industrial ‘achievements’ in agriculture and instead commit ourselves to farm for the future. We returned to the roots to secure a quality of life for us today, for our cattle, and our future generations. Our small farmers care for the wellbeing of their cows, our hay milk is produced without silage and is processed without any additives or preservatives. Mother nature creates our most valuable product and we are in turn responsible to take care of her. That is why we have committed ourselves to the following standards and certificates:
