800 g cheese blend (available in our shop)
300 ml dry wine, e.g. Riesling
1 garlic clove
1 dash of salt
freshly ground pepper
baguette or farmer’s bread

Preparation
Step 1
Rub the inside of the pot with the garlic clove.
Step 2
Add wine and salt and simmer, so the alcohol steams off.
Step 3
Keep on stirring and add the blend of cheese. Stir gently until creamy and smooth and then add pepper and kirsch.
Step 4
Cut the bread into cubes and transfer the cheese fondue into a fondue pot.
