The supervisory board is the supervisory body in the cooperative and represents the interests of the cooperative vis-à-vis the board of directors. The composition of the supervisory board is determined by the general assembly. It examines the annual financial statements submitted by the Board of Directors. The general assembly decides on the use of the annual result as well as on the statutes and amendments to the statutes.
